Overview
Misool is a private island resort in Southern Raja Ampat, Indonesia. We're nestled deep in an archipelago of uninhabited islands, in the very epicentre of marine biodiversity. There simply is nowhere on earth with more diverse reefs. Our dive sites are located within our own 300,000-acre Marine Protected Area, and are inside the Raja Ampat Shark and Manta Sanctuary which we helped to create. We are located 90 miles from the nearest port, and the nearest village is an hour away by boat. Thanks to over 18 years of active patrols of our No-Take Zones, Misool's 40+ dive sites are some of the only ones in the world which are actually improving. The island is a true tropical hideaway, just south of the equator and fringed with powder-white beaches, clear lagoons and abundant reefs. With a maximum capacity of just 40 guests, Misool offers a unique experience, pairing a remote location with 1st class diving and luxurious accommodations.
