Our other resort Belmar Oceanfront Apartments is a small and intimate oceanfront resort, with stunning views of the ocean from each and every apartment. The resort is located close to the Southern dive sites, windsurfing, and kite surfing, just a few minutes away from the airport. It offers an onsite dive center and a stunning private house reef.

  Terms & Conditions:

  • Groups can choose either 3 free boat dives, OR $75 resort credit. When upgrading to 12-boat dives, groups receive both specials.

  • When choosing the 3 free 1-tank boat dives as part of the Drive & Dive 6 boat dive package; you will receive 3 extra boat dives for free.

  • When choosing to upgrade to/book 12 boat dives, 3 boat dives will be discounted from the package.

  • DEMA specials are valid for travel between April 26 and December 19, 2025.

  • DEMA specials and included benefits are only valid for group bookings. This means a booking for a minimum of 8 full-paying adults.

  • DEMA specials and included benefits are only valid when booking a full Drive & Dive package.

  • To benefit from the DEMA special, the deposit needs to be received before the end of DEMA - November 22, 2024.
