  Cancellation policies for individuals:

  • 60+ days before arrival = No Penalty
  • 59 to 45 days before arrival = $200 penalty per person
  • 44 to 30 days before arrival = 25% of the total reservation cost
  • 29 to 8 days before arrival = No refund provided; a future credit minus a $200 deposit per person will be issued, valid for one year from the original travel date (subject to rate changes)
  • 7 days or less before arrival & No Shows = No refund or credit.
  • No refunds or cancellations due to flight cancellations or natural disasters
  • Unused services of the package are non-refundable and non-transferable

  Group Policies:

  • For every 10 paid guests, the 11^th is complimentary based on the lowest package rate
  • Minimum 7-night stay is required
  • Saturday to Saturday travel only
  • Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival
  • Cancellations made 90+ days prior to arrival: No penalty
  • 60-89 days prior to arrival: $100 penalty per person
  • 46-59 days prior to arrival: $200 penalty per person
